1) Who We Are & What We Do
Wayfinder Property Group LLC purchases and sells vacant land nationwide. Through the Site, you can request a cash offer, provide property details, and communicate with our team to evaluate potential transactions.
We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or real-estate brokerage advice. You should consult your own advisors before entering into any transaction.
2) Eligibility & Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information, use the Site only for lawful purposes, and comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
3) No Guarantee of Offer or Closing
Submitting property information does not guarantee that you will receive an offer or that a transaction will close. Any offer is subject to our review—including market, title, and access considerations—and requires mutual written agreement.
4) Your Submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you submit. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.
By submitting information, you grant Wayfinder Property Group LLC a non-exclusive license to use your submissions to evaluate your property, communicate with you, and provide related services.
5) Text Messaging Program (A2P / 10DLC)
Program description: We send texts related to your land-offer request (status updates, scheduling, and property-detail follow-ups). Message frequency varies.
Opt-in method: You may opt in by checking an unchecked consent box on our web form or by otherwise providing written consent. Consent is not required to submit the form or receive services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our text messaging.
Recordkeeping: We may retain opt-in/opt-out and message logs to comply with carrier and legal requirements.
TCPA Compliance: Wayfinder Property Group LLC complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and FCC regulations. We only send text messages to individuals who have provided explicit, verifiable consent, and all STOP requests are processed immediately.
6) Emails & Calls

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WAYFINDER PROPERTY GROUP LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Venue and jurisdiction for any dispute will lie in the state or federal courts located in Yavapai County, Arizona, unless another venue is required by law. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
15) Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” above shows when they were last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page and apply prospectively.
